Losing the TDT signal almost always has a specific cause: an antenna knocked out of alignment by the wind, a faulty amplifier, cabling degraded by the sun or the need to re-tune after a frequency change. We measure the signal with proper instruments and go straight to the problem.

We install and repair individual, communal and satellite antennas across Alicante province. In buildings we work on the head-end, the amplifiers and the distribution network so the signal reaches every dwelling with quality.

When a fault affects a whole building, the problem is usually in the head-end or the communal amplifiers. We check and replace these elements and re-balance the network so no dwelling ends up with less signal than the rest.

After TDT frequency changes, many TVs lose channels and a re-tune is enough. If your installation is old, we also check the cabling and outlets to ensure a stable picture throughout the home.

When the signal fails in a single home, the problem is not the rooftop aerial: it is downstream, in that floor's tap-off, in the cable running down to the flat, or in the outlet itself. It is located by measuring the level at the user access point and comparing it with the floor's, which is a check of minutes.

That distinction also matters because it determines who bears the cost. Up to the flat's access point the installation is communal and the association's responsibility; from there inwards it is the owner's. We give you the measurement in writing precisely so that conversation with the managing agent is settled with a figure rather than with opinions.
