We design and carry out the complete electrical installation of homes, villas, commercial premises and offices in Alicante. We calculate the required power, lay out the circuits according to how each room is actually used and leave provision for future additions such as air conditioning or EV charging.

In renovations we work both on existing installations and on new concealed or surface-mounted wiring, coordinating with the other trades to meet the project deadlines smoothly.

Every installation is carried out in line with Spanish Low Voltage Regulations (REBT) and delivered with its official electrical certificate (boletín), which is essential to connect supply or increase power with the utility company.

We use premium brand materials (Schneider, Legrand, Simon), with properly labelled boards, correctly sized RCDs and circuit breakers, and a verified earthing system. The safety of the installation is the foundation of every job.

A home built in the eighties came with three or four circuits: lighting, general sockets, kitchen and little else. Today the same house has an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, air conditioning in several rooms, a bathroom with a towel rail and, increasingly, a car charger. Forcing all of that into the original arrangement is what causes trips nobody can attribute to anything specific.

When we design an installation we split by function rather than by room, so a fault in the washing machine does not take out the fridge or leave the house dark. We also leave spare ways in the panel: they cost very little during the work and avoid having to enlarge the whole panel when the next appliance arrives.
