Coverage Survey

The mobile coverage survey is the first and most important step: without real data you cannot design a legal solution or guarantee the result. We measure each operator's signal and band to know whether the problem is signal level, saturation or building structure.

With the report in hand you will know exactly what you need: a homologated repeater, an operator femtocell, a DAS system or WiFi Calling. The survey fee is deducted if you commission the installation from us.

A mobile coverage survey is not "looking at the bars on your phone": we measure the real signal level in dBm of each operator (Movistar, Orange, Vodafone, MásMóvil) and in each band (voice, 4G and 5G) with professional equipment. We walk every room of the property to pinpoint the dead zones and understand where and why the signal drops.

With that data we determine whether the problem is insufficient signal level, cell saturation or the building structure itself. Each cause has a different solution, and only by measuring can you choose the right one: a villa far from the mast is not the same as a basement surrounded by concrete.

No serious installer can guarantee the result without measuring first. The coverage survey is what lets us size the homologated repeater, decide whether an operator femtocell, a DAS system or WiFi Calling is best, and calculate the number of indoor antennas needed.

The report also documents the starting situation and the proposed solution, which is especially useful for businesses, communities and hotels. The survey fee is deducted if you then commission the installation from us, so you lose nothing by starting properly.

A survey that only concludes 'the signal is weak' is no basis for a decision. Ours is delivered with levels measured point by point, separated by operator and by band, because one operator's coverage can be acceptable where another's does not reach at all, and that changes the solution entirely.

To those measurements we add the technical proposal with the equipment required, where each antenna would go and what level can be expected afterwards in each area. That last figure is what lets you verify the installation did what was promised, rather than being left with an impression that it sounds better now.
