The answer varies by urbanisation. In La Zenia, Cabo Roig or Playa Flamenca community pools sit alongside private bungalow pools, and sometimes one's supply leaves the other's panel because of decisions taken twenty years ago. A communal pool: what belongs to the community and what to the owner
